You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.
While we endeavor to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Tracking your order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you.

Click & Collect
Our free Click & Collect service is available at Scotch & Soda stores for items that are available in your selected store.
Click & Collect orders will be available for collection within 8 business hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up and we request that you bring appropriate photo identification for your order.
Click & Collect orders that have not been collected within 30 days from order date will be refunded back on to your original payment method.

Can’t find your size or colour in store? We’ll find it & deliver directly to you. Ask one of our stylists in store for more details.

Split orders
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details.
No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders.

Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email support@scotch-soda.com.au so that we may assist you. Our customer service is available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (AEST), excluding public holidays.

International deliveries
We are unable to delivery your parcel to a country outside of Australia. If you would like to deliver your parcel to a destination in New Zealand, please visit our New Zealand website.
